This hotel is located about 10mts walk from Alexanderplatz station, from where you can go to any part of Berlin. There is also a tram station few meters away from the hotel. There are lot of attractions within walking distance. Berlin TV Tower is about 1 km from this hotel. Reichstag Building, Memorial of the Berlin Wall, Brandenburg Gate and Holocaust Memorial are all within 3 kms. Though it’s close to Alexanderplatz, it’s located in a quiet area. Rooms are not big, just like most of the IBIS hotels, however, it’s worth the money you are paying for such a decent place in so close proximity to Alexanderplatz. Room is air-conditioned and had amenities like TV, free Wifi, kettle etc. Bathroom was provided with free toiletries and hairdryer. Room had a view of the TV tower. Breakfast was good with a nice spread, but, the . There is a bar adjacent to the reception. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. There is also a petrol station in the same building from where we got sandwiches, hot dogs, coffee etc. Front office staff were excellent and always willing to help.

Its proximity to the tram and location for taking taxis made it extremely convenient, the area is quite lonely for walking ,there are not many shops and restaurants around, there are a few parks and cemeteries so during the night walking was not very cute. However , the fact that the reception operates 24 hours a day was a definite plus. In terms of functionality, everything worked smoothly, which was crucial for my work trip. Additionally, having a 24-hour gas station right next to the hotel was a lifesaver for late-night needs. The staff were consistently courteous and accommodating throughout my stay, enhancing the overall experience. However, there is room for improvement in the housekeeping department.

The hotel was really close to the City center, the rooms were adequately cleaned (even though some dust was present on some corners etc). Bed sheets and towels were extremely clean and, the size of the room a bit small but it was perfect for us who just wanted to go to the hotel for sleep :). The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and polite and they provided you with coffee at any time. Definitely recommend to people who want to explore the city and be near the City center.

The location was perfect for our needs - central (close to Alexanderplatz) but also close to our friends who live in Prenzlauer Berg. The room was just the perfect size and the air conditioning was a lifesaver during the hot days. Putting the room key in the "box" for electricity was a great solution. The staff were friendly and we were able to leave our postcards with them for mailing on our last day, which was much appreciated :)

Staff are friendly and the hotel is in a great location, situated between Alexanderplatz and Prenzlauer Berg. I was fortunate to be given a room with a view as you have great views towards Alexanderplatz and the Fernsehturm / TV tower. Good transport links with a tram stop a few minutes walk away and a 15 min walk to Alexanderplatz or Rosa Luxemburg Platz. I can't comment on the breakfast as I opted for a room only.
